DC Video Production-Immunomic Therapeutics
For our most recent DC video production we worked with Immunomic Therapeutics to produce a video greeting announcing a Cancer Discovery Incubator award.
IT constantly strives to innovate and encourage others to develop new ideas in the biotech field. The Cancer Discovery Incubator will allow and encourage ventures in the oncology health field. The end result is to bolster research and experiments that will eventually lead to additional funding, develop growth and treatment in the healthcare fields searching for cancer treatments and cures.
Dr. Bill Hearl was featured in this video production as the principle partner for Immunomic Therapeutics. Bill’s comfort working in front of camera translated well and opted not to use a teleprompter. While not a flawless performance, Bill’s knowledge translates through the camera directly to the viewer and communicates a position of authority and leadership. We added a few extra shots of the Immunominc Therapeutics R & D labs to supplement the narrative of Bill Hearl speaking about the program. The end result is an engaging, organic greeting introducing the Cancer Discovery Incubator Award.
This DC Video Production was shot with a small crew and utilized the Canon C100ii camera, Dracast Silver Series LED Lights and a bit of natural light as fill. Added production support included Sanken audio and Manfrotto tripods. Working with smaller crews gives us a tremendous amount of flexibility with our clients. Operating on small footprint while day to day business is occurring is an important aspect of video production that many overlook. Room tone, ac condensers, office noise and deliveries can all effect the outcome of a project. Site surveys and a full breakdown of expectations with the client can go a long way in providing a smooth shoot.
